Easy Returns/Exchange Policy

We at Swish Boss hope you love our products just as much as we do but in case you’re unhappy with anything you have received from our store, then we can help with the exchange only and no cash back returns.
If you are not a 100% satisfied with your product for whatsoever reason, simply trace back to your order and choose the exchange option. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can also e-mail us on return@swishboss.com and we will be happy to process the exchange for you.
Your request for return / exchange should be received within 3 days and your dress should be received within 7 days.
The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Non-returnable categories-

Following product categories fall under "No Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

• Discounted products

Process of Exchange Request -

1. Login to your Swish Boss account and place an exchange request.
2. Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier service.
3. After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number email ID and new size or measurements on return@swishboss.com

Process of Return Request -

1. Login to your Swish Boss account and place a return request.
2. Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier service.
3. After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number, email ID and reason for return on return@swishboss.com
4. Once the product is received by us, store credits of exchanged piece amount will be issued that can be used from your Swish Boss wallet. These credits can be redeemed against any future purchase from our website within 180 days.
5. After place return requests your prepaid discount (%) automatically lapsed and didn’t credit in wallet.

Eligibility for Successful Return/Exchange

The product must be sent out from the customers end with the original brand label, article number, un-detached price tag and complete packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.
Upon examination, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. It is also vital that the product does not possess any stains, scratches, tears or rips.
Swish Boss Store Credits -
While placing an order for redemption of your store credits or wallet points, please know that the credit is available for clothing only.

Custom orders do not accept any store credits or wallet points.

Store credit will be valid for 180 Days. If you are unable to use the store credit and have lapsed, the store credit will not be issued again.

All products will be dry clean only. 
Only one time exchange is available.
No discount or promos apply on store credits.
If your dress stolen or miss during the transit we are not responsible and we can't reimburse or refund any amount.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
